Vehicle Leasing Requirements:

To carry out the lease you must meet the following requirements:

ID document
Driver license.
Minimum age 18 years.
Credit card to make a warranty voucher.
Rent Guarantee

At the time of opening the contract, a credit card will be requested to carry out the authorization as a guarantee of the rent.
The credit card with which you make your pre-payment must be physically presented at the time of opening your rental contract and have sufficient funds for the pre-authorization required to sign the contract, as well as be personalized in the name of the driver and have the cardholder’s signature. WE DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT CARD FOR

INCOME GUARANTEE.

Rental Rates:

Daily rental rates are based on a 24-hour rental day. You will be charged for overtime return after the return date and time of rental agreement.

Important:

➔  Insurance is legal.
➔  The client is responsible in case of material damage and theft of the rented vehicle.
➔  The client will not be able to move the vehicle outside the province (ATVs, Buggies)
➔  The refund of money is at the discretion of the company.

Conditions for the Extension of the Rental

Guests who wish to extend the vehicle rental period must request it at least 24 hours in advance to Adventures Club Terrenas (ACT). Approval of said request will be subject to the availability of the vehicle, its mechanical condition and other factors that ACT considers relevant. The rates for additional rental
days will be communicated to the guest at the time of requesting the extension. ACT reserves the right to reject any extension request without the need for justification..

Cancellation and Deposit

The tenant must make a deposit of 10% of the total rental at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded in full in case of cancellation 7 days or more in advance. In the event of subsequent cancellations, the deposit will be retained as compensation for administrative costs and will be applied as a credit to a future reservation within the next 12 months. The tenant must request the application of the deposit to a new reservation at least 48 hours in advance.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Damage: The charge for this concept will be made when the rented vehicle has suffered an accident and has aesthetic or mechanical damage.

Gasoline: ADVENTURE ACT CLUB SRL, delivers the vehicle with at least 1⁄2 of a tank of fuel at the time of rental, if at the time of return the vehicle has a smaller amount of fuel than that recorded in the inspection sheet generated at the time of delivery of the vehicle, you must pay the cost established by the lessor for the services to refill the tank along with the cost of fuel.

Assistance: Roadside assistance mechanical problems In the event that the rented vehicle suffers a mechanical failure, it will be necessary to contact you by telephone so that assistance can be provided; some assistance services may generate an additional cost. We remind you that any incident must be reported to ADVENTURES CLUB TERRENAS ACT S.R.L immediately.
